Types of services include an initial comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, group therapy and home and/or out-of-office sessions. In addition, the MAC offers accelerated and intensive treatments.
Professionals, Individuals, Families and Friends
A central goal of The Maryland Anxiety Center is to increase awareness about and getting access to highly effective care for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. While some mental health conditions respond to a general psychotherapy approach, the disorders we treat require specialized treatment approaches. In particular, we help clients focus on changing the way they respond to their worries, anxieties, and fears in a way that promotes long term gains.
